  It's a nice place to enjoy your trip! Besides the hotel a charmous, typical restaurant to taste japanese Style food. Nearby a Suidobashi station you can eat good em cheap fast food. They have laundry service, wi-fi and "takyubin" to send baggage to our next hotel ! Considering Japan Style the room space was small but enough . We don't know about food, because we didn't taste - Superior king room (24 sq meters) was comfortably furnished, with excellent bed and pillows. Location is close to Suidobashi jr station, one of the minor and less crowded lines, just 10 minutes from Shinjuku. Tokyo Dome and LaQua spa and onsen are just behind the station. Good service from conceirge who got me a seat at the famous Kyubey restaurant at Ginza weeks before I arrived.

  Staff always very welcoming and efficient. Location is excellent being right at a major transport hub. We appreciated the very easy access from both Narita and Haneda airports. On the 27th floor upwards so no noise.   What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. Their staff is great, very helpful, efficient ... what people say » and have good command of English. Since we have special dietary needs (halal food) the staff at the caffee were very understanding and helful and warn - Overall nice hotel. But a few points stood out. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!

When we had to change plans at short notice due to typhoon and related bad weather, she showed excellent flexibility to ensure - We were fortunate enough to meet Ishida (I think he was a concierge). We had o oarganise extremely urgent flights, taxis & transfers coaches to Niseko. Having someone like Ishida who showed initiaitve & outstanding customer service was a complete god send to us at a very stressful time. We thankyou & all of your staff for having at least one to two staff who could speawk clear English

  Perfect location for Disneyland. You can book bus from the hotel and it takes 30 mins. Also transport link is within walking distance if you wanna go to central Tokyo although it takes a while. There are Aqua City and Decks nearby so shopping is not a problem and plenty of restaurants if you don't wanna travel too far out.   Superb and convenient location with train station just next to hotel. Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes.   Excellent English was spoken .. When we finally checked in it was a breeze. Good sized room even with an extra bed in it. We had a view but more of the Disney car park. Courtesy shuttle from monorail traction to hotel was an added bonus .. It is up hill walking to the station was ok.   The hotel was very good. The room was small, but bigger than what I usually get in London or Paris. Everything was in order and very clean. The staff is very attentive to the guests and more than eager to help. Unfortunately they do not speak very good English if at all, but this is typical in all of Japan.   The location was spot on - we were close to Shinjuku station and in the centre for shopping, restaurants, city lights and ease of transportation with train and taxi access Staff were helpful, English good and room comfortable. We booked a classic double room and had fab views of city - room 2301. Due to bad weather we cancelled our Mt Fuji accommo... what people say » dation and had no trouble extending our stay at Prince Hotel - we just needed to move to a room next door for the additional 2 nights - room 2303. Pay - Excellent service by the staff. Especially at the concierge. We missed our airport limosine and got a full refund from the concierge. I was beyond shocked. Only in Japan I could get such honest and sincere treatment. Location is superb. Right in the heart of Shinjuku towards the east exit of the Shinjuku station hardly 5 min walk. Highly recommended for people who wish to enjoy Tokyo night life and shopping and also easy access to other parts of the city.
