  Overall a very good hotel. The minimum charge was around 22,000yen/night when I booked, which I first thougt was a bit expensive for a hotel away from center of Tokyo. But a friend recommended and when I stayed for 3 nights, I think it is one of the best good-value hotel I have ever been to. The room is big (40sqm+), bathroom is big and bright. Go... what people say » od bed. Try to get an ocean view room, it is a little more expensive but the night view is worth every penny. The room has a accessible balcony, which - This is my second time in this hotel. Check-in and check-out were both smooth. The hotel is elegantly clean as always. Staff are polite and friendly. Will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends who travel a lot in Tokyo and next time I visit Odaiba next year, I will surely stay in this hotel again.

  What i liked most about Hyatt Regency is the location; excellent location, very close to Shinjuku station. And if you are not in the mood for the 5 minute walk to the station, there is the complimentary shuttle bus which leaves from the hotel every 20 minutes to Shinjuku station and Odakyu dept store. Their staff is great, very helpful, efficient ... what people say » and have good command of English. Since we have special dietary needs (halal food) the staff at the caffee were very understanding and helful and warn - Overall nice hotel. But a few points stood out. The Japanese staff were unfailingly polite and obliging. But my check-in was marred by a short Caucasian male concierge staff who cut the queue with another customer without apology. While the local staff were polite they did not hand over enough information such that I repeated myself three times about my Michel Troisgros booking. Access to pool and gym should not be restricted to Passport members but all guests!

  The Concierge, Mrs Fukazawa, was truly excellent. She has superb English and she is always excited to help with any question. She has excellent ideas for how to help her guests and thinks well ahead to ensure success and comfort. Fukazawa-san is a real treasure of the Sheraton! When we had to change plans at short notice due to typhoon and related bad weather, she showed excellent flexibility to ensure - We were fortunate enough to meet Ishida (I think he was a concierge). We had o oarganise extremely urgent flights, taxis & transfers coaches to Niseko. Having someone like Ishida who showed initiaitve & outstanding customer service was a complete god send to us at a very stressful time. We thankyou & all of your staff for having at least one to two staff who could speawk clear English

  Superb and convenient location with train station just next to hotel. Shopping malls and eateries are everywhere around. Room was very spacious and clean. Called house-keeping for child slippers for my daughters and were delivered within 10 minutes. The house-keeping staff took initiative and delivered not only slippers but also additional towels ... what people say » and toothbrushes. Am very glad that we are going to stay there when we return from Hokkaido later this month. :) - The convenient location to train and subway lines. Also the many restaurants within the complex. Comfortable rooms and very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel.

  Nice big comfortable newly renovated rooms. Service staffs spoke English and were very helpful. 10 mins walk to JR Shinjuku station through the covered walkway, which had convenience stores, cafés and shops around. With airport shuttle, made it very convenient to get to / fro from airport. Convenience store within the hotel had food and drinks, wh... what people say » ich was very convenient. - We booked a room for triple occupancy. The room 1869 was really huge for Japan standard. We had a nice view too. Room was spotlessly clean and location was really central. Lots of cafe, restaurants and convinience stores nearby. Staff was really helpful. Convenient as free shuttle to Disneyland was provided and tours can be booked in the lobby.

  The hotel is placed right in front of the Tokyo tower, in the Shiba park, and it's right next the Zojo-ji temple. You can access within 5 minutes the E and I lines of the subway and get quickly to roppongi, ginza, and anywhere you need. The service is excellent - especially the staff working at conciergerie. We had a small issue with the toilet fl... what people say » ushing and we were assisted within 15 minutes. Views are awesome. I suggest a corner room - not he cheapest but definitively worth the experience. Th - I stayed for 3 nights in a corner double room on the 27th floor. My rood did not have a view of Tokyo Tower, but it was not a big issue for me at all as it had a view of the Rainbow Bridge. The staff is of course very friendly courteous. The room was fairly spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was huge. I have no opinion as to the food as I had no chance to eat at any of those restaurants in the hotel. The bakery and convenient store on the lobby floor somewhat had a variety on the menu.

  I like the city view. My room is on the higher floor. The night view is gorgeous. And breakfast is included in the price. The staff and service and the Japanese garden are excellent. The room and bathroom are big and clean. Though the location is not that near to JR Mejiro station, and very often we have to take taxi to and from the Mejiro sta... what people say » tion, but given the other merits it can offer, it is acceptable. The Mejiro area is a very nice and peaceful area. Actually we can also use the Edo - A very nice hotel, located in a quiet upscale residential area. Classic grand-hotel style, with excellent service and big comfortable rooms with fantastic view towards the city or onto the beautiful Japanese gardens. We enjoyed the pool, gym, spa and the hot spring bath.
