The location was great. In front of Kyoto station. There is a shopping mall at the next block (AEON), where there are many stores, and also Daiso (100-yen shop). The Toji temple was near from this hotel, as well as Kyoto Aquarium. To get to most temples, travelers have to take bus lines, that are just across Kyoto station. Staff friendly. The concierge was amazing! The purpose of my vacation was to see the
temples, see the Gion district, and dress up like a Geisha. She
helped me to plan everything with the buses, trains, taxis, etc. She
had maps for me in English that were extremely helpful. The hotel is
