  The staff can all speak reasonably good English and are all extremely helpful! The house is great if u r looking for the traditional "Japanese living" feel!! Security isint a problem since all rooms have locks and the main gate will be locked electronically after 10pm. We signed up for their Japanese breakfast, kimono wearing session and public ba... what people say » th and all activities are reasonably priced. I highly recommend this place to all young couples or friends looking to experience Kyoto! - Location was excellent. All staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was very good value and was delicious.

  The staff all speaks excellent English and it was nice to ask them about which buses to take to the sites. The rooms were spacious for the price and for Japanese standards, and very comfortable. The facilities were modern and clean, with a full kitchen and bar by the front desk. The breakfast buffet was cheap and pretty tasty. Highly recommended. - K's is an easy, safe walk from the main Kyoto train station, however if I chose to use the bus it is even closer! Using the bus or walking, we can easily reach many popular sites and some of our favorites (which are lesser known) as well. I have stayed with students and found this as ideal location. With friends, this time, it was marvelous!
