The room was comfortable and well decorated. The staff were extremely helpful and professional, especially Paolo, who went to great lengths to arrange an emergency dental appointment, at 3.30pm on a Friday. The service and confort.Excellent location (50 m. from San Marco square), proper sound isolation (the room was quiet despite the crowd on the street), very close to many restaurants and shops, very helpful stuff (with good English skills, rather rare in Italy).
