    Greta surely was the most personable and friendly host that we stayed with on our recent 2-week tour of Ireland; she greeted us by name and spend a considerable amount of time welcoming us to this fantastic B&B. Greta’s advice on bike rentals, pubs, and areas of interest were extremely helpful and exactly what we were looking for - Hello Rose House B&B, We had a wonderful stay. We were so happy to discover that the B&B was strongly Catholic and that we were able to talk about and share our faith experiences together!     Loved staying at Sraid Eoin House! The hosts, Maurice and Kathleen are the nicest people, and they made our stay in Dingle a very pleasant one.     My daughter and I were dropped off early at St. Anthony's so that 'the guy's could get to the golf course.     Lovely location with deck on the riverbank, perfect for relaxing to the sounds of the river & frequent heron visits. We were upgraded to a larger room with easy access to the garden & river. Eileen (hostess) was excellent - friendly & helpful. Easy walk into Killarney made it easy for family members to enjoy the town - Fantastic attention to detail with everything. Our room overlooking the river at the back was out of this world. The breakfast was the best of the best we have ever experienced. The friendly welcome by Eileen with the offer of a cup of tea on the afternoon we arrived was a lovely gesture. This was our 2nd visit from Sydney in 3 years to Crystal Springs and was as good as ever. Indeed a wonderful experience and a great plus for Killarney.

    I felt there were no "airs and graces" about this place. Instead there was a "take us as you found us" feeling. Having written that I enjoyed my stay. My room pretty basic, without ornaments but was totally adequate; the bed was comfortable and the location quiet. There is a communal lounge with a mega TV and free-flow coffee, tea and biscuits... what people say » . A nice touch! A few hiccups during my stay but nothing serious and all resolved very quickly. I recommend Ardrinane House. - Location and price. Excellent walks nearby. Not too far from Inch Beach by car.

    My sister and I stayed for five days in this lovely comfortable home of a very frinedly lady, food and detail to our every need was given. Just enough distance from the town which was just a short straight drive from the beautiful town of Killarney, a most enjoyable holiday.     Location, location, location! After driving the Ring of Kerry, we spent a lovely time walking the gardens and woods of Muckross House park, so it was a short and easy drive to Ardree House. Being just three blocks from Killarney city center, it was an easy walk to restaurants. Staff was excellent, at check-in offering to switch us to ground floor ... what people say » room to save us from lugging suitcases upstairs and at breakfast, where it seemed we had three servers taking care of us! Beds were comfortable, break - The location is very convenient to the city centre and only a short walk for pubs, cafes, restaurants and other shopping. It's a good base for the drive around the Ring of Kerry. Our hosts were very friendly and helpful with their local knowledge. Plenty of choice at breakfast made for a sumptuous start to the day.

    Brian was lovely. We arrived late around 9pm due to getting slightly lost on our way down and he offered to give us with some bread and butter etc to have a bite to eat since we were very tired and hungry. Helped us get settled in and showed us DVD's etc that we could use if we wanted to. Really nice spot and perfect to stay for the night to then ... what people say » drive to Dingle the next day and see the peninsula. - Brian and Beate were so sweet. I called to say I was running late for check in and they had no issue waiting for us to arrive. We were traveling with a baby and they offered to set up a baby bed for us. Breakfast was excellent. The atmosphere was so warm it made us feel right at home!

    Wonderful, wonderful B&B. The owners are really adorable and gave us a lot of informations about what to visit. We had unluckily only one night to spend there, but Killarney is beautiful for those who love to walk in the woods. And the kindness and cheerfulness of this family is really refreshing. Please note that it's very easy to reach as it's on the main road to Ki - Great family run B&B. Annette and Mike (the owners) were more than accommodating during our stay. Near town and Annette even gave us a drive in and suggested a number of places to eat and have a few drinks. Annette arranged a Ring of Kerry bus tour for us on our day of departure. Would recommend this B&B to anyone staying in the Killarney area.

    Stayed in this B&B in August during the Puck Fair festival. The B&B is in a great location, in the middle of the Village but not noisy and not far from beach. Plenty of room for car parking also. Maureen, the owner, could not have been more helpful and friendly, we would have loved to have stayed a second night but unfortunately she was... what people say » booked out but she helped us find alternative accommodation for which we were very grateful!! The room was clean with comfortable beds and plenty of - Friendly owner. One recommendation from other guests that she passed on to us is that for an evening meal the Rumours Bistro across the road is good. And we found that to be the case -good food and well presented; the Early Bird menu of starter, main course, and tea or coffee was Euro 15.95. Our room had a sea view in the distance so that, with camera on zoom, we could take sea/sunset photos straight from the window.

    The owner, Philomena, greeted us warmly and showed us to our rooms which were clean, comfortable and with new on-suite. We used the comfotable lounge area and were provided with wine glasses and plates for snacks that we'd brought with us. Philomena also gave advice on the best places to visit taking into account the all to brief time we had in... what people say » the area. In the morning our full Irish breakfast was delicious. - The cottage has an old world charm, is very well maintained, clean, warm and all our needs were met by the proprietor. We cannot praise Acorn Cottage enough and would look no further when again staying in the area. The hospitality provided and the breakfasts cooked were above standard both in quality and the range of foods made available.
