I was so impressed that I got the names of the 3 people on reception, they were Chris, Slava, Maggie and the staff in the bar couldnt be more helpful. we were there as we were taking part in the ladies mini marathon. we got top class attention from apsolutely everyone we met. This hotel is perfect if you want to be right smack in Temple Bar, you don't mind the sound of drunken laughter until all hours of the night and/or you are a heavy sleeper.     Trinity Lodge is a fantastic find in the heart of Dublin. With the reduced rate we got through LetsBookHotel.com we were able to enjoy my Birthday in Dublin with plenty of cash left over to spend on Grafton Street (which is a one minute walk away!). Also, while breakfast is served across the street, it is a very nice setting with great service...... what people say » ...loved the free drinks on arrival also - nice touch! - The hotel is centrally located (half a block to Trinity College) and within walking distance of nearly all the sites, restaurants, and pubs. There is quick, easy access to the hotel by bus from the airport. All the staff were pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and was very good. I recommend the hotel highly.

    Booked this hotel for my mum and her friend (66 +75) on a short break. They have been to Dublin before and found this hotel to be the best so far. This was due to its central location, good food at reasonable prices and great enertainment. They have come back and can't stop talking about the good time they have had.     This hotel was incredible. I stayed in the Oscar Wilde suite. The attention to detail was beyond compare. This establishment thought of everything, right down to the chocolates. Very small,boutique hotel with only 4 rooms. It was quiet, even though it was in the heart of the Temple Bar area. Could not ask for a better location. I do have one request please, a bat - personnalized service - convenience of location . large room . I was greeted personally they called me on my way from the airport. I was dreading the noise as it is in very busy /noisy Temple Bar but my suite ( Bram Stoker) was not on street ... so it was quiet .. and they provide ear plugs . ITs a vry urban environment so if you re looking for views or sense of space its not a place for you. The room are large however and otherwise perfect . Will use it again .

    The staff were very helpful both at reception and dinning areas. We arrived early in the morning at 10.00am and the reception staff checked us in and held our luggage in their store, they told us to return at 14.00 hrs and our room would be ready. When we returned at 15.00 our room was ready.     We loved the Dublin 1 Apartments! It was right around the corner walking to the Temple Bar Area and we were 3 women coming home late at night and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Nancy and Kevin were so friendly and made us feel right at home. They gave us great advice on everything! Including shopping and flying tips for Ryan Air. We will definitely stay - Staff member was wonderful. We got there a earlier than booking in time and she offered to let us drop off our baggage so we could go sight seeing. She showed us how to use hot water, heating and telly - which really helped us have a comfortable stay. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was right next to the Academy and so it was a wonderful central local to everything. We loved Dublin and know that the location of the apartment added to that. Thank you so much.

    One of the nicest hotels I have stayed in. The receptionist I dealt on checking in and out with was wonderful and a real credit to the hotel. The location is super with being right in the centre of Dublin but also nice and quiet at night. The room I stayed in was beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean.     Arrived after a long journey was made immediately welcome by door man and reception -reallly could not have been more helpful. Was upgraded on check in to a superb suite with terrace overlooking city and river -just superb . Real quality Hotel with some really nice touches-breakfast freshly cooked and superb. Quite many steps to our room and no lift. Large nice room overlooking the Stephens Green -park. Perhaps a bit pricy but all in all a great place to stay.
