I was so impressed that I got the names of the 3 people on reception, they were Chris, Slava, Maggie and the staff in the bar couldnt be more helpful. we were there as we were taking part in the ladies mini marathon. we got top class attention from apsolutely everyone we met. They kept our ba... what people say » gs in the baggage area, while we were doing the marathon. we availed of the bar food on sunday evening and also after the race, and it was top class. - The room was spacious and clean, the beds were comfy, the bathroom was a nice size, and the staff was exceptionally pleasant and helpful. This hotel is perfect if you want to be right smack in Temple Bar, you don't mind the sound of drunken laughter until all hours of the night and/or you are a heavy sleeper.     Excellent location (right in Temple Bar), pretty new building, good price / quality ratio. Despite earlier comments WiFi worked great (we stayed at the Essex Street penthouse, it might be different for other apartments).     The staff was increadbly helpful and polite. It was in a great location, it seemed like everything was only a short walk away. We actually ended up going back to Dublin again a few days later and stayed in the same hotel again. - The location was perfect, the staff were friendly and helpful, and I enjoyed the whole experience.

    Booked this hotel for my mum and her friend (66 +75) on a short break. They have been to Dublin before and found this hotel to be the best so far. This was due to its central location, good food at reasonable prices and great enertainment. They have come back and can't stop talking about the good time they have had. Staff were very friendly and kept the drinks flowing!!! - i went with my mother and afrer arriving by train we wanted to ger rid of our baggage ,even thougt it was too early for check in. the hotel staff still registered us and took our baggage so when we got back to the hotel it was great they just gave us the key .it was brillent ..we foudn the staff more than helpful in every way all of them .i would stay here again

    Got a bit of a fright when we went to check in it was a hostel office but thankfully we had our own apartment in a block. Very convenient to the city centre around the corner and Temple bar was just across the bridge. Had a lovely breakfast in the Batchelor Wok next door and was cheaper than the Arlington Hotel.The apartment was completely silent ... what people say » even though we were in the city centre did not even hear a car passing. Not a sound out of the neighbours and had even a patio with garden furniture. - I really liked the staff, super friendly en laid back. Appartment is nice and cosy. Great couch for chilling out. And top location, really central, not in the frenzy of Temple Bar but so close that you can choose to be there when you want (2 minute walk) and when you need some quiteness just go back.

    Our room was very clean and comfortable. It was a short walk into the city to visit the sites, shopping and dining. Maurice was also very helpful by zllowing us access to our rolm a little earlier due to our arrival time in Dublin. The room was great, the toilet and the shower were very modern and clean. The biggest benefit is that there is a bar downstairs which is very useful for a tired traveller :).

    fantastic location. within walking distance of so many things even when it rained. i would definately recommend Eliza Lodge and would definately stay there again. wonderful breakfast with great service. - The location was fantastic and meant no cabs at the end of the night.     Location was fantastic,I was accommodated for early check-in,luggage storage facility available when we checked out the next day.continental breakfast was basic enough but still nice and included in the price.bed was nice and comfortable.plenty of towels provided for showering.i had read some bad reviews before I came up and was a bit apprehensive... what people say » but I didn't find it as disappointing as other reviewers thankfully. - Great location.superb bar.all staff helpful,must mention Agnes who really looked after us.live music and Irish dance shows day and night.we like our Guinness and agreed our hotel bar was the best pint in temple bar,and believe me we tried them all.we had room 101 which has been mentioned in other reviews.clean,basic and an old looking shower which was surprisingly good.it was ok for our needs
