The entire experience! The staff was EXCELLENT...friendly, competent,happy and committed personnel. The wait staff in the restaurant wereabsolutely top shelf, both in terms of politeness and efficency. Theroom was quiet, comfortable and clean. The bathroom had an awesomeshower and was also clean! The beds were the most comfortable I've everslept upon...PLUSH!. The hotel was well located and the personnel were very attentive andgreat service. The room was very spacious and very nice. The bed wassuper comfortable and they have a pillow service which is very nice.Every night you get chocolates in your room. Breakfast was includedand you could have whatever you wanted -- great breaskfast! I lovedthis hotel.
all reviews » Every thing about the Hotel was superb. We couldnot find anything negative to say about it. The beds were turned down while we were having dinner and fresh clean towels were being replaced as we ate. The door man was so helpful about any thing we needed with a very smiley happy manner. The staff were always bright and cheerful and very chatty. One of the best hotel experiences my wife and I have had and we have done a lot of travelling around the world. Great staff who could not do enough to make our stay comfortable who were full of advice and information on the surrounding area. Can't wait to go back.What a superb hotel, an absolute gem. Although a lot to ask in city centre it would be nice to have an outside terrace/garden for drinks etc. We found it impossible to sleep with the window open, even just a crack due to the location and noise of the air-conditioning units located just outside. Hot water not always reliable.after checkig in we left to do some shopping. on return we found that the bed had been turned done and sweets left on the pillow's. Where as this was a nice touch i felt it should have been done before check in and not after. I did not like the fact that someone was in the room where all my personal belong's had been left. air conditioning did not work properly. room too hot so opened window. shower curtain should be moved over. Street noise. Leaving. Nothing. Breakfast was not available before 7am - but on a positive note they provided it at 6.30am by special arrangement and it was bank on time. A great hotel. I didnt like that i had to leave. The swipe cards for the hotel room doors become demagnitised if they are near your credit cards or mobile phone. We had no problem getting this changed but it is ridiculous in a four star hotel to have such an old system. Breakfast was poor quality.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 30 per person per night for extra beds in a Deluxe Room. Additional beds are not available in Classic Rooms. Brooks Hotel does not have on-site car parking facilities. However, they have negotiated special car parking rates for guests at the following car parks. Drury Street Car Park: This car park is situated directly opposite the hotel. Guests are offered a special overnight rate of EURO 6.00 between the hours of 17:30 - 12:00 the following day. For every hour before 17:30 and after 12:00, the rate is EURO 3.20 per hour. Please note that this car park does not open until 11:30 on Sundays and Bank Holidays. The Drury Street car park offer a weekend rate from 17:00 Friday until 12:00 Sunday. Guests are asked to familiarize themselves with the opening times as this car park is not open 24 hours. For 24 hour parking the hotel recommends the Stephen’s Green Car park mentioned below for best value. The St. Stephen's Green Car Park: This car park is less than a 5-minute walk from Brooks Hotel and is open 24 hours. It is adjoined to the St. Stephen’s Green Shopping Centre car park. Guests are offered a 24-hour concession for this car park at the rate of EURO 12.50.
