I enjoyed my stay immensely. 1st time staying in a 5 star hotel and its a true saying that you get what you pay for. So nice to step out of hotel and be on Grafton St!! Lovely welcome back to our room after a fantastic time at Celine Dion concert to find towels changed in room and lovely choclolate on our bed not to mention our slippers waiting beside the bed along with a lovely "Good Night" mat!!.

Best hotel experience during our 9 day visit to Ireland.the friendlyness of the staff,very enjoyable hotel to stay in,everything was excellent and will stay in it again very soon. the staff were lovely and the small touch of turning down the bed was great.My whole experience was very positive, i will definitely go back. Breakfast very good. Location. golf. location. Just there were no tea cups in the bedroom, i had to ask for them, also, the water tray in the coffee maker wasnt clean. Car Park full when we arrived. Vehicular access but that cannot be changed because of location, although the staff gave precise directions to the hotel via car.It was a little noisey the next morning as they were having works carried out but otherwise it was perfect. Breakfast was average and i maybe would have expected better choice and more space in the restaurant as it was crowded, noisy and the atmosphere was not consistent with the rest of the hotel, which was calm and relaxing.Did not like the process used for securing the rooms via credit card, think this could be improved on. Otherwise very impressed by the hotel. did not enjoy fire alarm going off twice at seven in the morning .also feel residents should be allowed sit in foyer if they dont want the afternoon tea without staff having to make exceptions. One very badly trained member of staff waking guests up early to clean the rooms. Apart from this appalling gaffe, excellent experience. The only slight problem I would say is maybe some of the staff might be a little more friendly,They were all very helpful but I like a little more chat sometimes. I understand that may not be the atmosphere you are after in yuor hotel so that is fine, I would certantly and will stay there again as we had a great time. Thanks.nothing major to dislike unless you are very 'picky'. Was charged for minibar items we dint use. Received reund after i complained. The only problem i had with the hotel was the pillows. I found the pillows too hard and therefore did not have a good nights sleep. air conditioning was not working. Room was very warm, ok when air con set pt was adjusted. the bathroom is extremely small. No nice vieuw outside the window. just that it was under renovationsandi was not informed of it. would have preferred kettle to the coffee machine I found the coffee not warm enough.It was obvious that the hotel was very busy. On our first morning we had breakfast in the bistro as the restaurant was full. On our second morning both the restaurant and bistro were full and we had to wait approx 20 minutes (even at 10am) for a table for breakfast. Noise levels very high - especially gents in adjoining room who partied until 7am in the morning! Little sleep!!!. Pathetic Night Room Service Menu. dublin is pricing it's self out of the market. Hotel is very difficult when parking. car park was a joke.
