The entire experience! The staff was EXCELLENT...friendly, competent,happy and committed personnel. The wait staff in the restaurant wereabsolutely top shelf, both in terms of politeness and efficency. Theroom was quiet, comfortable and clean. The bathroom had an awesomeshower and was also clean! The hotel was well located and the personnel were very attentive andgreat service. The room was very spacious and very nice. The bed wassuper comfortable and they have a pillow service which is very nice.Every night you get chocolates in your room. Every thing about the Hotel was superb. We couldnot find anything negative to say about it. The beds were turned down while we were having dinner and fresh clean towels were being replaced as we ate. The door man was so helpful about any thing we needed with a very smiley happy manner. The staff were always bright and cheerful and very chatty. - Hazel
