This was our second stay in 3 months. Very friendly staff, very comfy room. It was a fantastic hotel with a great location and the most wonderful staff. The staff was friendly, the location is great near the center but notnoisy. friendly staff. Excellent position, within walking distance of everywhere we wanted. Restaurant was adequate when we wanted to eat in.Staff very helpful. Room, and bathroom, very clean and a good size. Very central. very relaxing. excellent value for the money we paid.Already have made recommendations to people to use the Mercer Hotel. Super location in Dublin. Boutique hotel which was quiet at night. Rooms spotless. Efficient book in. Friendly staff. Good standard of accommodation for the rate.Very good pozition in the city center. friendly staff. easy access to the city and still very quiet --- staff very friendly and helpful--- good value. Very convenient location.Excellent reception service. Value for money.very helpful friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good breakfast. The location was excellent!. We felt very comfortable there. The staff was professional and gracious, friendly but not overly so. We enjoyed reading in the lobby in front of the fire, and the staff welcomed our presence. I like the hotel in particular because it is so central in Dublin, and the staff are always helpful, as well as the reasonable rate we got the room for.Very central location, excellent comfortable bed, staff very helpful. City centre, room comfort, pleasant staff. Decent sized room (though most rooms are smaller). Reasonable public areas. Reception staff good. Good value for money. Excellent location. location, quiet and comfortable room. Good central location. Parking available for 7 euro per day. Location and ease of car parking. location in the center of Dublin, tasty breakfast and other meals. The location. Good beds. Air conditioning/warming.Good location and good car parking. Clean and comfortable.Good central location, nice room. I complained about the services i received earlier but did not get any reply. i wonder whats the point in completing these surveys. The location of the hotel. nothing except location. The situation. Receptionist couldn't give us directions from outside the Shelbourne Hotel on St Stephens Green when we rang. We lost a lot of time finding you. Pity the bar and snacks finished at 10.00. if you're going to the theatre would have been nice to come back and relax with some refreshments. The butter was off on two mornings but when I mentioned it I was not offered fresh butter. Continental breakfast could have had a little more choice.(very minor detail). Only that the rooms show a little wear and tear at this stage. Well-equipped and comfortable: just simple things like loose closet door and blown light-bulb. Limited bar food menu.Small problem with electricity in room. parking was advertised as free--- however when we went to pay, it was only free between 6pm and 11am-- a minor if annoying issue. I found the beds too hard, and the down comforter was too hot, but these could just be me. We could not get breakfast in the morning because we had to leave before 7.30am.Very limited choice for breakfast, we had booked contiental but ended up having to pay an extra 7euros per person per day for Irish breakfast. Yes, one room had no electricity, the other room had a fire alarm go off for 30 mins at 6am. Nobody from the hotel came to evacuate the rooms?? we were left to decide if it was a false alarm or the real deal!!! The next morning our complaints were ignored because the hotel believes the alarm was activated mistakenly by a guest.Broken lavatory seat. Restaurant staff ignored breakfast order. WiFi should not be an extra cost. bathroom somewhat rickety. We were woken up Sun morning at 9am to drums of a band playing in the conference room! On asking receprionistabout this, she said they didn't usually start until 12noon. No apology given. limited TV channels in the room. The hotel was a little off the beaten track. The towels in our room were very small (more like hand towels) so if you want a decent bath I suggest you take your own towel. TV channels didn't work.Bed room and bed very small. Continental breakfast and the staff didn't speak very good English.no free internet access, breakfast pretty average. Very poor food in restaurant.
Room noisy due to air conditioning unit.Yes, I would like you also to be treated the sam eway as I did. The hotel staff .The room I booked was a single room, the room given was twin. No TV. i requested late check out (2pm)- the reception staff agreed but i was called by the reception staff the next day and asked to vacate the room at 12.30pm. which i did after a long argument. very poor customer care. Small bed.
