  All of the reception personnel were extremely gracious and helpful. Nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. They answered questions, confirmed tours, made phone calls to check on things in other towns, made great suggestions about places to eat and buy things, and gave directions to get around. It was they who made it a stress-free trip.   The staff was superb! The desk personnel were extremely knowledgeable and helpful regarding the sites to visit, excursions to take and places to eat. The cleaning staff was diligent in getting your room clean and tidy yet left personal items as you left them. The location was perfect, 2 mins walk to the nearest bars and restaurants. The breakfast was simple but adequate and we also got breakfast at 5.30am before we headed to the airport on our last morning. The staff were friendly and helpful.   We were a family group: Grandpa, Grandma, Daughter, grandsons ages 11, 12. We needed affordable lodging near shopping and public transportation. We also saw a family studio which was bigger and again very clean and pleasant. I asked to upgrade our room as I wanted a bit more space (the prices are very reasonable and I was happy to pay more). However when the owner and Thora heard it was the last leg of our honeymoon, they upgraded us to a 3 bed

The hotel is located 2min from the main street and 10min from the center (by walking) and really cheaper than other center hotels. - The staff are incredibly helpful, especially with organising bus transfers, trips and taxi's.
