cleanliness, friendly staff. Great location, a minute walk to the metro Place d'Italie where 3 lines meet. Room is small but acceptable, clean and very quiet.Its a nice area and the metro is handy. Friendly staff, close to metro. The very good and central locaton in Paris, near to public transport. Ease of access to most of paris' main attractions.
