The location was incredible! Just a block from a major train station andMetro stop made it extremely easy to get around the city. The staff wasvery nice and helpful in answering any questions I had. The room wasbeautifully decorated. The bathroom was just the right size for myhusband and I. Breakfast was offered (at extra charge) but we did notpartake as the area is littered with cafes. - Nicole

The courtesy and helpfulness of the staff, especially how the receptionist actually came out of the hotel to our taxi to greet us and to help us in with our luggage, and the help she gave us with our luggage up to our room and down the next day. We felt we were treated like people and not just as customers - and the hotel felt genuine and not impersonal, as well as being a pleasant place to stay. - Martin

I chose this hotel for reasons of cost (it was on special offer); location (near to the Gare de Lyon, but in a fairly quiet side street); ratings and comments from previous customers. It represented good value for money: only 120 euros for a two night stay. My room was quiet, as requested. It was small, but big enough for my purposes. The ensuite was particularly 'charmant'.
