  Staff were very helpful, friendly. Room was clean and decoration was excellent. The pool and the fitness areas were a surprise regarding its location in downtown Paris - Very comfortable accommodation with tea and coffee facility. Rooms fresh and clean. Friendly and attentive reception staff, ideal location and extremely good value.

The staff wasvery nice and helpful in answering any questions I had. The room wasbeautifully decorated. The bathroom was just the right size for myhusband and I. We came into the Gare de Lyon train station which is just across the street. There is a Metro station on the corner for easy access to all of the city, and there is a bus stop for Charles de Gaulle Airport there as well. There is a wonderful patisserie around the corner and numerous restaurants and sandwich shops within walking distance.

  The lady in the hotel was super nice and welcoming! She was a delight first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. Location is great, a stone-throw from the station Gare du Lyon and two metro lines.
