The pool and the fitness areas were a surprise regarding its location in downtown Paris - Very comfortable accommodation with tea and coffee facility. Rooms fresh and clean.   The lady in the hotel was super nice and welcoming! She was a delight first thing in the morning and last thing in the evening. Location is great, a stone-throw from the station Gare du Lyon and two metro lines. Maybe not the best area in Paris to stay, but an easy Metro ride to any other places you may wish to visit.
