Staff is very helpful especially when we are facing problem at other country and unable fulfill what we book. Room is big and comfortable and no complain from my children. All the staffs are cheerful and helpful especially when we are new over there. They are doing their best on fit our request as close as possible. The hotel met all our expectations. It was basic, but clean, quiet and well located. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Te inn located near a subway transation, there for it is convinience. One of staff is a Chinese lady. She was so kindly. nothing major to say. so far so good. next house to the room 15 was a music school ,but after 22 h no more music noise .... across the road was the school so over the break was quite noisy. None. Rooms too small and facilities pretty old. A little noisy during the day. Not all staff speak English well. the room is too small, the shower was brocken. Even at Paris prices, rather expensive for what it is, especially as there is no lift. The staff can not speak in English. Room is small. The facilities are so so. The breakfast for 8€ is a joke. Just a croissant, a piece of bread, jam, butter and some coffee. No has hair dryer and some room too small. Small compact. Room at 3rd floor without a single lift. The room was too cold to sleep. Even I could not fall sleep that night. The room was like a joke. It was too small and dirty. I found two long white hairs on the bed. I was pretty sure they were not mine. I have black short hair. I woder how this inn get so high score at letsbookhotel.com. Ultimately, I do not want to suggest anyone to stay here.
