The staff were friendly, helpful, and English was always available. The location was great, a few blocks from the Louvre, We walked most places and used the Metro at times and took the RER to Versailles. All these were close and good restaurants too. Would love to come back.

Lots of stairs to climb to our room on the 3rd floor. Breakfast would include more choice in other places but this is probably typical for Paris.

The location was fantastic.

Our room on the fifth floor was small and the coridoors made the hotel feel like the cabins on a ship.

perfect location, very central 3 min walk from palais royal metro station, nice fauteuil would make a difference there is no comfortable seat in the room

Perfect location near the Paris main attractions. Some of the staff members were very friendly and service minded. Good value for money compared to most other two ** and three ***star hotels in the area.

The breakfast products were above average compared to similar hotels in Paris, but the breakfast area and the staff service provided was like straight out of a scene in fawlty towers.

Location, location, location. A block and a half from the Louvre, lots of resturants and shopping in between. We only had one night stay but it was very convenient. Would recommend only for the location.

Hotel arranged taxi to the airport in the morning, however there was no meter and the fare was 65euro. We should have verified rate in advance, but we did make our flight. The water closet was like a broom closet, could not close the door to use.
