We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The room was VERY spacious and on the quiet side overlooking an inside courtyard. The bathroom was particularly surprisingly new and spacious with a large modern shower and double face basin. The toilet was a separate area. The staff was VERY helpful and professional. Easy short walking distance to the Louvre Tuilleries Gardens and the Opera. The staff is truly exceptional. They helped with rail tickets, boarding passes, directions for sightseeing and anything else we needed. I like the boutique feeling of the hotel. It is small and cozy. The location is exceptional. It is just minutes from the Louvre, the Seine, Musee D'Orsay and the Opera. It is very convenient to the metro and to wonderful Japanese restaurants.

There was some construction, which can happen anywhere at any time. I learned to now call all hotels before I stay there to ask about any construction. However, the staff stopped construction for us! They are awesome!!!!. I liked everything about it. Wifi did not work (might have been my fault?) They had made a mistake with our (3 colleagues) booking and wanted to put one colleague in a different hotel, and only when we said no way, they found a solution. The cost of breakfast was a bit much for what it was. There was nothing that I didn't like. The size of the bed is small. hard to find. No tea making facilities in Rooms . Street noise at night and into the early hours of the morning. Currently noisy in the daytime on the first floor due to the renovation of a room. Towel not so clean!. Old rooms, without comforts. To old and not enoughclean. old facility,not upgraded mildew in bathroom, breakfast area very cramped staff not professional. The room was very tired and small. Poor shower. The safe in our room could not be opened.
