The staff were friendly, helpful, and English was always available. The location was great, a few blocks from the Louvre, We walked most places and used the Metro at times and took the RER to Versailles. All these were close and good restaurants too. Would love to come back. 16 foot ceilings! We should have verified rate in advance, but we did make our flight. The water closet was like a broom closet, could not close the door to use. The breakfast products were above average compared to similar hotels in Paris, but the breakfast area and the staff service provided was like straight out of a scene in fawlty towers. small tv with no international channels, noisy, no comfortable chair to sit on. No air conditioning. only one electricity plug. Noise, cleaningness, smell, size.
