  It was one of the best places I have ever been to in Croatia! Excellent location (close to the beach and the city centre as well), newly built (or renovated) room, rich breakfast contributed to my unforgettable holiday. The building is on the top of a hill, so you should walk uphill approx. 5-6 floors high to get there from the centre/beach. (Not ... what people say » very challenging, especially if you choose the road - ul Rade Koncara - instead of the steps.) Parking is supported by a free card provided by the hot - The hotel was situated on a hill with a beautiful view overlooking Vrsar marina and the islands. It had a wonderful terrace for relaxation, where bar were on hand all day up to midnight to serve snacks and drinks. Breakfast was excellent, and provided an array of cereals, breads, cooked meats, cheeses, fruit and juices as well as scrambled eggs and sausage.   The villas were in a large park; the one we stayed in overlooked lawns and olive trees with a view down to the Adriatic. It was simply furnished, but certainly had everything we required. The location was excellent and covered a very large area; the villas were only a small part of the site.   Blesicka apartments were modern and very well equipped - air conditioning, maid service, full size cooker and fridge, flat screen TV etc. Only 3 mins walk from sea, lovely naturist beaches with many quiet coves (little sand though). - The facilities were great, esp. given the price of room. Safe area where hotel was located (in the settlement comp... what people say » lex). If you don't care it's for a nudists complex, family staying would be also nice.

  The house was imaculte clean, which was lovely. Also we had the view, that was mentioned in the description. All the dishware was avaliable, new, clean. Everything worked and when the warm water went out, the housekeeper came in 15min. - - comfort (TV, microwave, 2 WC,...) - the water was dirty (plastic bags, ...)
