  Amazing hotel, beautifully if not always practically designed. The staff were generally extremely friendly and helpful. The new pool area and cafe are lovely. The hotel was extremely busy when we were there and it was difficult to get a lounger next to the pool but this wasn't a problem as there were plenty of other loungers in amongst the trees. ... what people say » Hotel provides beach towels. Breakfast was good with a huge choice. Also food in bar and pool cafe very good and reasonably priced. Treated ourselves - Spent 2 nights here in Oct.,we were given an upgrade to a Jazz Room and althought it was a bit cool for the water it was great for relaxing! Staff so great !! I can see why it is such a conference hotel as they are very service oriented! Lana at the front desk was delightful and enjoyed meeting the head chef that grew up in Canada(woohoo Canadian Maple Syrup on the menu) Ate in L Restaurant twice and would go back again. Presentation and flavors of the dishes were wonderful. Loved the Croation

  Amazing views of the sea and the historical Rovinj. Do you feel that you are on the beach. Room was new and clean. Every day was cleaning, fresh towels every other day. Breakfast can choose from the menu, are high. Again we booked a stay in the spring I do not know why it has only two stars.

  Charm to the nth degree! Beautiful old style architecture and furnishings in a magical seaside town. Five star staff who did everything to accommodate our needs. Parking may have been difficult (autos are not allowed in the old town) but we did not have to deal with it -- Robert did it all, including transporting much luggage up, then down, severa... what people say » l flights of stairs. We had requested, and received, a top floor room where we were serenaded by seagulls in the morning as we purposely left the wind - Perfect location to explore Rovinj and Istrian peninsula. The staff was remarkable-special thanks to Martina, Vlatka, Mateo, and Marina. From suggestions to where to go, to making dinner reservations, to parking and retrieving our car, and even a surprise birthday bottle of wine-they did it all. Old town Rovinj is truly a gem. Travelers should not miss a day in the medieval hill towns, especially Motovun, Draguc, and Groznjan.

  The view from the room was amazing! Took about 1 minute to walk to the water. Playgrounds everywhere for kids, good restaurants,an all around excellent experience. Everything you need at the hotel, no need to go outside of the resort. - Location
