This was a great hotel. Very modern with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff. The room we had was very clean, in fact the whole hotel was spotless, and a good size with great shower room and good size balcony with table and 2 chairs. The bed was very comfortable. Architecturally and as measured by position views etc. this is a gem.
In the case of the experience at the hotel we were not let down. Staff
were excellent, always helpful and friendly. Facilities were great;
wonderful outdoor pool with towels provided and poolside service .
Excellent breakfasts individually made if required. A lovely walk along
the waterfront took you to the old town in about 40 minutes or taxi

Staff were amazing. I spent two nights at the Authentic Luxury in Split. The staff took the time to share the history of their home and were very helpful. Staff took great pride in their facilities. I will visit stay at the Authentic Luxury Rooms again during my next visit to Split. -

We asked for a double room when we booked but got a twin instead, the manager changed our room within 5 minutes. Breaky was great too. Location was amazing too. Would recommend this place to anyone. Villa Urbi et Orbi was 5 minutes walk to the center and just a few minutes more to the ferries and harbour. The staff were very friendly and we even arranged a drive to the airport through them. Split is a wonderful city to visit with beaches, ruins and lots of great restaurants! -
