  The external pools are great and well-suited for all ages. There are two separate pools for younger children sorrounded by antislippery surface. The two bigger pools are 140 cm deep. The crushed stone-covered beach is well kept and relatively spacious.   We liked so much of our journey in the hotel that we would like to go back. The hotel upgraded our room to the top luxury suite with 2 balconies viewing the sea. The suite is well designed furniture with high quality furniture and materials. 2 rooms with comfortable king and green sizes bed. A bathroom with a spa bathtub.   This is the second time in this hotel... Great location if you are interested in cultural tours and in Rab city... I would not recommend it for families with kids, they should choose a place on the seaside... But for us it was the right place.. Will come again definetely... Breakfasts are always great... Mey be needs few more tables outside for br... what people say » eakfast... but at least 5 or 6 of them... I know many hotels who lock you in a stupid reeom for breakfast.   We had one of the apartments and it was huge! There were decks to sit out on to take in the view. Very comfortable beds, large bathroom, everything very clean and nicely decorated.Breakfast selections were amazing - almost anything you could want! So close to beach: across the street and down some steps. Nice quiet relaxing stop on our trip. Wi... what people say » sh we could have stayed another night! - Wonderful unique hotel which made us feel totally at home. We changed hotel after we spent two nights in an awful resort and were lucky enough to get a room in the Grand Hotel. Staff were really helpful and friendly, the food was lovely and our room with a balcony felt like a small apartment rather than a room. Thanks for a fabulous stay, we're looking forward to coming back!

  Very nice and friendly staff, they even drive you to the party beach Zrce (and pick you up in the morning!). The room for 8 persons was big enough and clean. I would definitely recommend Villa Ani to other group of friends! - The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the accomodation was perfect for our needs: a party holiday at Novalja.   We liked everything! The villas are nice, clean and spacious for a larger group. To add a foldable extra bed cost affordable 9 Euros per day which helped a lot to let our teenagers rest well.   Our room (Deluxe double with sea view) was very spacious, brand new and immaculately clean. Calling it a sea view is a stretch but we were very comfortable and the staff were friendly. We would stay here again.
