  The external pools are great and well-suited for all ages. There are two separate pools for younger children sorrounded by antislippery surface. The two bigger pools are 140 cm deep. The crushed stone-covered beach is well kept and relatively spacious. Every day there are animation programs for adults and for the children (e.g aqua gym, aqua aerob... what people say » ic, mini disco). Everything is reachable by elevators, which makes the place enjoyable also for travellers with very young children and also for the - Very friendly stuff, good value for money, perfect location, lovely kids area.

  This is the second time in this hotel... Great location if you are interested in cultural tours and in Rab city... I would not recommend it for families with kids, they should choose a place on the seaside... But for us it was the right place.. Will come again definetely... Breakfasts are always great... Mey be needs few more tables outside for br... what people say » eakfast... but at least 5 or 6 of them... I know many hotels who lock you in a stupid reeom for breakfast. So this is like 5 stars in relation to many - location is perfect, in the center of the old town. infornt of the sea, while having beautiful rocky beach behind it. Staff helpful when you ask them for help. large buffet options. modern good size rooms for the money paid.

  We had one of the apartments and it was huge! There were decks to sit out on to take in the view. Very comfortable beds, large bathroom, everything very clean and nicely decorated.Breakfast selections were amazing - almost anything you could want! So close to beach: across the street and down some steps. Nice quiet relaxing stop on our trip. Wi... what people say » sh we could have stayed another night! - Wonderful unique hotel which made us feel totally at home. We changed hotel after we spent two nights in an awful resort and were lucky enough to get a room in the Grand Hotel. Staff were really helpful and friendly, the food was lovely and our room with a balcony felt like a small apartment rather than a room. Thanks for a fabulous stay, we're looking forward to coming back!

  Very nice and friendly staff, they even drive you to the party beach Zrce (and pick you up in the morning!). The room for 8 persons was big enough and clean. I would definitely recommend Villa Ani to other group of friends! - The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the accomodation was perfect for our needs: a party holiday at Novalja.   Hotels is great, room was clean, well organized and had a small balcony, with good parking area which is dedicated to hotel gests. Fitness area is good too with a nice gym which is well equipped and has a well trained trainer; opening hours are not the best because it’s opened from 8 till 11 and than from 19:00 till 21:00. Breakfast was good, var... what people say » ies day by day and you can eat as much as you can however soft drinks are not good, for us it was not an issue due to we are not drinking juice in the - The hotel was very clean, the bathroom was refurbished and very nice. Dinner and breakfast were quite good, 2 types of soup and different main dishes, it is self service. All in all, being the cheapest hotel on the island it definately is worth the money and doesn't have any serious disadvantages. We were there with the motorcycle, the parking is very safe, you can even park under some stairs directly in front of the main entrance, which was very nice.

  We liked everything! The villas are nice, clean and spacious for a larger group. To add a foldable extra bed cost affordable 9 Euros per day which helped a lot to let our teenagers rest well.
