  The guy is extremely nice (had some beer, milk and water for us free of charge), ave us a ride to the center, lended us his computer, etc. Totally recommendable for someone who has a car or walking is not a problem cause center of town is quite far. You have a nice beach just 100 meters walking from the hotel. - Great location - sea in 100 m thro... what people say » ugh coniferous forest. Really attentive and solicitous landlord. We were staying on the first floor, so we had great opportunity to use terrace and garden with all needed stuff (grill, chaise longue, etc.) Furniture in apartments was utilitarian and stylish.

However, the owners lived next door and shared our terrace. Although they were very quiet and polite, there was little privacy.   We booked two bedroom for four nights so we would have extra room. Beds and pillows comfortable. New furniture. Super clean Huge balcony off bedroom/kitchen with second balcony off other bedroom. Plenty of hot water. When we emailed asking if they had a microwave the owners went and bought a new one. Refrigerator was stocked with much apprecia... what people say » ted beverages. Owners Liliana and Robert made us feel at home. There are two small grocery stores within walking distance. About 10-12 minutes walk t - The apartment is very clean,it is totally furnished, it has two beautiful terraces with nice view, the beds are huge, it is located in the best neighborhood of Rovinj and the best of all was the kidness of the owners. They were very very very helpful!!!

  Absolutely fantastic stay here, the Markovich family could not have been more lovely (they own the complex), in fact they made our holiday. The apartment is immaculately clean with a wide range of kitchen utensils. The beds were extremely comfy and we were given clean bedding. The owners also sourced a cot for our baby free of charge. Pool is fantastic and very cl - We enjoyed our stay at Villa Holiday very much! We enjoyed a number of things, we were greeted with a bottle of wine & chocolates from Katarina! (which was very nice when arriving late at night). The accomodation is very nice, good clean comfortable rooms suitably furnished, nice balcony, nice pool, coffee machine down stairs, AirConditioning. Katarina was so accomodating! even gave us a lift to the bus station in Pula when we were leaving ! i strongly recommend this place!! - We travel a lot and stay in this hotel is surely among the best impressions. Korina is the owner and she makes her guests feel like at home. Appartmens are good equipped and very clean, stylish and cosy. At arrival and departure we had some sweet surprises from Korina. Bus stop is in front of the hotel, sea is 5 min by feet. Hotel has own small pool and nice green garden with bbq. Also we would like to note that hotel has not many appartments and garden and pool are not crowded.
