  We're a young couple and we had a memorable stay. It's a cute and well maintained hotel, located in a small village. Although it is a trek to reach with public transport, it worked out well since the family members were around and happy to pick up and drop off at Porec or Labin at a small cost for the petrol. You can simply unwind and relax here. ... what people say » It's family owned and you can really tell from their attentive and personal service. The village is small but with a small supermarket and good restau - The location is very nice. We had a big room with view in the garden. The owners wellcome us very friendly and gave us good information were to go and were to eat. You can get breakfast in the old kitchen if you ask for. The old palacio is located near the small village of Sv. Martin (Martinski) nordwest of Labin. The location is very quiet. From here it is about 1/2 hour drive to the coast or to Labin with his old historic town center. We will come back here, when we go to Istria again.
