  It's location. Close to the Pile Gate, so perfect for exploring the Old Town, and also the drop off for the airport shuttle bus (though not on the way back - the return shuttle leaves from the Cable car bus stop). The price was very reasonable. The room was clean. There was a TV and a fridge. There was an en-suite bathroom and the water in the sh... what people say » ower was hot, and the pressure was good. The view from our room was outstanding, with the Lovrijenac Fortress out of one window, and the City Walls ou - The restaurant staff kindly carried our bags to our very clean room, which was nice of them. The location could not have been better - so close to the beach and to Pile Gate. Great for mid- to low-range budget travellers who want easy access to the beach and the walled city. The onsite staff at the B+B were really pleasant and friendly. Dubrovnik itself is a stunning place (rivals Venice, but has a better atmosphere generally) and in a beautiful location on the Adriatic
