  We are pleased with our stay at Bakoc apartment! The hosts were kind and ready to help, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The beaches are really close plus bus connections very easy to use and fast - Interesting area and good location to the local beaches. Nice, tidy room.

  Excellent location: 5 min walk from the south old town door and from a very nice sand beach. Nice sea views from the terrace. Kind personal who let us park our car in their place. They contacted us by mail to provide very clear information explaining how to get there. Without doubt, I would repeat. Close to the Pile Gate, so perfect for exploring the Old Town, and also the drop off for the airport shuttle bus (though not on the way back - the return shuttle leaves from the Cable car bus stop). The view from our room was outstanding, with the Lovrijenac Fortress out of one window, and the City Walls ou - The restaurant staff kindly carried our bags to our very clean room, which was nice of them. The location could not have been better - so close to the beach and to Pile Gate. Great for mid- to low-range budget travellers who want easy access to the beach and the walled city. The onsite staff at the B+B were really pleasant and friendly. Dubrovnik itself is a stunning place (rivals Venice, but has a better atmosphere generally) and in a beautiful location on the Adriatic

Really, all the atmosphere made by Ivanka is so domestic!!! And a few words about the rooms. I don't know why somebody says that the room is small...
