  We booked studio apartment but got the big 2 bed apt as it was free and the host was so kind to offer us a free upgrade ;) Apt was really nice with lovely sitting room/kitchen area, in the center of Old Town. The location was perfect, charming and unforgettable, few steps away from the main square but very quiet. All necessary stuff was in the ap... what people say » t, kitchen was well equipped, no problems with hot water or air con, big flat-screen tv - would be great for a family or a group of friends. - Location was quiet but not far from everything. Steps could be difficult for older folk, however the owner was there to help with our cases. The room and facilities were clean and inviting and added to our stay in Dubrovnik. The owner looked after us well and nothing was too much trouble.

  We are pleased with our stay at Bakoc apartment! The hosts were kind and ready to help, the rooms were comfortable and clean. The beaches are really close plus bus connections very easy to use and fast - Interesting area and good location to the local beaches. Nice, tidy room.

  Located overlooking the main Dubrovnik Marina / Harbour, and with easy access to the City Centre / Old Town (you probably wouldn't want to walk it which would be the best part of an hour i expect, but good transport links and an easy drive). Various beaches are also nearby. The apartment had a really nice feel to it, and a well equipped kitchene... what people say » tte. Good WiFi. The owner was exceptionally friendly and helpful, truly welcoming. - Perfect position for us overlooking the harbour at Lapad, quiet and comfortable and close to several good restaurants. The owner was delightful and amazingly friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless and a perfect size for two people. The bus to the old town stopped outside and it was a delightful walk along the peninsula and to the beaches and cafes over looking the sea.

  Excellent location: 5 min walk from the south old town door and from a very nice sand beach. Nice sea views from the terrace. Kind personal who let us park our car in their place. They contacted us by mail to provide very clear information explaining how to get there. Without doubt, I would repeat. A very nice big balcony with a lot of nice flowers. The owner is very helpfull. It has a small kitchen and airco. In 5 minutes you are in the old town and the sea is just downside at the opposite of the street.

  I really enjoyed my stay in Dubrovnik and the apartment was comfortable and very central (within the old town). There are steep stairs leading to the apartment but it wasn't bad. I highly recommend this apartment if you're after a budget stay and somewhere to stop after a long day of sightseeing. If you're after luxury this place is not recommende... what people say » d. I would return again as it was cheap, clean and central. Also thanks to Ivana the lady who runs it, was extremely helpful and friendly. (I would l - It was right in the centre of the Old City so everything was easy to reach. There was Wi-fi access and we were reasonably comfortable in the flat. The Dubrovnik card gave us access to many of the City's attractions. The local bus service was brilliant so we could, for instance, get out to Babin Kuk to enjoy the beach and views.
