  The room was very very clean, and it was like a hotel knowing that it is not a hotel. And unlike what people said it was a very quiet night for us. We did not hear anything from the street. And the room even had tea and coffee and the staff were very helpful and I had forgotten a key there and they called me and followed me to the next destination... what people say » to return it. Very good experience - The room was very spacious, modern, nice decor, well laid out - and spotless. Very comfortable bed, lovely cotton bedlinen. Despite being in the centre of the old town, the double glazing prevented any noise disturbance. Great shower. A perfect location hidden among the old streets.

  This hotel is run by very empatic, humanistic and customer centric women - Anika. We came to Croatia with our 2-year old daughter who felt unwell and had 38 temperature. None of us knew Croatian but this was no barrier in our communication... Anika, helped to find and liaise with doctors and supported us everywhere we went that evening sacrificin... what people say » g her personal time. Anika's granddaughter Sanela collected us from the Zadar coach station (free of charge) which we found very convenient after a lo - this was the first place we stayed in croatia.anika greeted us with a lovely juice and sat us down for a chat.was very welcoming.room was spacious,clean.nice shared balcony and kitchen.anika gave us fruit and a sandwich before we left in the morning and dropped us to the bus station for a modest fee.she made it a very positive stay for us.highly recommended

  This was our second visit and we will definitely visit again. We really liked the beautiful artwork and details throughout the hotel. Each room was immaculate and individually decorated. The pool was free for guests and clean with plenty of seating around it. There were various areas to relax throughout the hotel, both inside and outside. Breakfast... what people say » was extensive with omelettes made to order to compliment fruit, yoghurt, cereal and continental breakfast. Ines herself went out her way to meet all - Lovely location set amongst other villas, close to restuarants, minimarket, Borik beach and Puntamika marina. Very quiet, nice rooms. Very pretty swimming pool and surrounding gardens. Lovely staff, who offered us a complimentary glass of red wine and cake one afternoon. Zadar old time within a 25 minute walking distance, short bus or tourist train ride.
