We picked this place because we had a car and needed a parking spot.
The lady who runs the place is very helpful and the apartment (studio
of sorts) is very spacious with modern fixtures. The wifi is reliable.

Traveling is about people. And this is what you'll find here. Friendly people who will greet you like an old friend. The clean room, nice little kitchen or large bathroom didn't even matter for me anymore. Take the distance to the old town as a nice walking tour in an area which is not tourist, an area just for you where you can observe the real life of Zadar.
