  The altra modern setting of the room was great. Every room has character. One of the most modern hotel that I have ever stayed (I travel round the world, frequently!). At breakfast, the waiter was thorough. The receptionist was also very helpful. Bell boy was friendly.   Excellent hotel and service. The rooms are beautiful and clean, and the restaurant is vey nice. A good choice specially for business. Airport shuttle service works very well. - We stay in hotels muts, but this was super!!! The restaurant was very good.

We arrived couple minutes after 10 pm, and still were served our half board. Even though there was a wedding in the hotel the service made sure we are given enough attention to fill welcomed. We were also given an apartment which we actually did not expect so that was a nice surprise.

They made recommendations for restaurants that were great and provided us with information about the free walking tour to become familiar with Sofia's most important sites. If you are traveling - The breakfast-buffet is excellent – and the staff even better. Here is a little story: I like my coffee with milk. There was no milk on the table; so I helped myself with the milk that goes with the cornflakes. Two mornings later the waiter asks me, if I want milk with my coffee – I nodded, and she served hot(!) milk with my beverage. Outstanding...
