Staff were impeccable with a wealth of knowledge in several native tongues. The room was outstanding (Executive) great view in the old church, the bed was Devine and decor was classic yet modern.   Premier Thracia lives up to the Best Western standards. Everything was wonderful and the staff exceptionally professional, friendly, and helpful. They made recommendations for restaurants that were great and provided us with information about the free walking tour to become familiar with Sofia's most important sites. If you are traveling - The breakfast-buffet is excellent – and the staff even better. Here is a little story: I like my coffee with milk. There was no milk on the table; so I helped myself with the milk that goes with the cornflakes. Two mornings later the waiter asks me, if I want milk with my coffee – I nodded, and she served hot(!) milk with my beverage. Outstanding...
