Friendly and helpful staff. very polite and helpful staff, clean room ,endless breakfast.The hotel was clean and very organized. good location, easy to get into the city and to the railway station with good traffic connections, excellent breakfast, friendly personnel. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly, they provided us the information we needed.Friendly staff, good breakfast. Just what I mentioned above about the facilities in the room. But I had a lovely time there.Breakfast is very rich. Central enough with easy of access via the tram. The recetion lady was very helpful, she gave us he only portable fan (her fan for the reception) as our room was hot (it was the hotest day in summer) and we were on the ground floor facing the street so we could not open the window (for security reasons). This was very comfortable. The room was clean and the hotel was well connected with train. Their breakfast is very very good and near the metro line,so the transportation condition is good two. The gardon is lovly.the only good were the staff and the breakfast. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful.services of gentlemen from sri lanka. none everything was good. Some staff Were not properly trained on the meaning of customer service where others were more than great. the room was small, the isolation to the neighboring room was weak. sometimes the choice at breakfast was a little limited - but maybe we should have got up earlier. The floor was never washed in 5 days.Old furniture. Noisy plumbing, lack of parking space. If booking during summer time, make sure you specify a non-ground floor room, as the ventilation (cooling) is poor. Rooms near to street are noise.everything,the rooms,bathrooms,decoration... Rooms are not spacious.
