  The apartment is placed in central location and it is spacious and comfortable. It is clean and well maintained. Central heating, well equipped kitchen, flat TV, WiFi, remote controlled blinds, big bathroom all in mirrors, roomy wardrobe and everything else you need to feel cozy. Staff is helpful, friendly and English speaking. I recommend it.

  The location is brilliant. Wien State Opera was the reason we came to Wien and the hotel is just 100 meters from the Opera house. Besides, the Hotel is 10 minutes walk from the Museam Quarter, fine restaurants and walking streets. The staff is very friendly and helpful, breakfast is good and the view from the balcony is so beautiful that you even ... what people say » don't notice the noise from the street when the windows are open. When we are back to Wien we will be glad to stay at this hotel again. - A simple no frills hotel, very large comfortable room,with equally large bathroom, all room facilities very adequate including tea and coffee, lots of cupboard space, very clean,and quiet room inside courtyard.   First of all I should mention that this hotel is one of the best hotels I staid till the moment and I am always trying to choose 4* hotels. I can say more, it is easily in top 5 of my rating. For you not to think that it is advertisement you can check my profile and see my other reviews. There is a parking house nearby b - Everything was excellent. If you want to have both museums and good shopping nearby hotel Beethoven is proper choice. The Museum of Art History is of the world importance, Hofburg, Stephandom and Museum Quarter- 10 min., Karskirhe (concerts, in august the theaters on holidays), Secession, Akademy of fine Arts Gallery - 3 min. Theater an der Wiene and Opera are quite near. The Hotel offers excellent breakfasts, koffee and tea in the room (our was 503) - free, concerts on Sundays with shampaigne

  This apartment is centrally located for anyone visiting Vienna; convenient to public transportation. The apartment was clean and well maintained. The owner was most helpful in answering our inquiries (and his English is very good). There is a market just down the street on the corner and a bakery near-by also. We enjoyed the positive atmosphere of the place, it was clean and well-furnished, we found all we need. Staff (Andreas) is very welcome and we quickly checked in. This place is good both for short and long trips. The apartment is very close to Karlkirhe, Opera house, Stephanplatz, Nashmarkt with restaurants, and shopping centers, metro station “Karlsplatz” is 2 minutes walk. Definitely we’ll come again!   Our studio room was very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. We enjoyed the central location and it was a great base from which to explore Vienna. The staff were very helpful and stayed behind for an extra hour after their usual closing time to wait for our late check in after our arrival from Australia. - It would be hard to get a better l... what people say » ocation, and the price was very reasonable. The room was great as were the breakfasts. The staff were friendly and courteous. We would recommend Pension Suzanne to any of our friends when they travel to Vienna.

Wonderful staying! We are more than happy with that choice. Besides we booked executive double room but finally were granted junior suit as it shown on the pictu... what people say » re. - The location of this hotel is ideal, two minutes walk to the nearest underground. The staff are friendly and very helpful. You can buy your underground tickets from the reception desk. We had a large bedroom, with sofa and armchair (the sofa became a double bed which my 8 year old son slept on) Children up to the age of 12 stay for free.

  The staff at the desk were very helpful and took care of concert tickets, etc. The location is absolutely perfect! Easy to walk to everything and the subway station is very close. The breakfasts were varied day-to-day and the ladies were very efficient and attentive. They even gave me a small birthday celebration -- totally unexpected! Loved this ... what people say » place! - Very helpful staff. the welcoming drink and the daily little lollies on made-up beds are wonderful touches that make the experience that much more personable. Breakfast was excellent with choices and the tea-lady was exceptionally pleasant. The location of this hotel is highly recommendable for those on short stays who are visiting the tourist spots.
