  As we went to the Messe in Vienna, the place was perfect for it, we even went to it by feet and it took us about 20 minutes maximum. Also supermarkets to buy some food are in 5 minutes range by feet, same about restaurants, and just 15 minutes from the city centre by feet. It was easy to reach it also from the airport by train. Very nice surprise ... what people say » was that they gave us even bigger apartment as we booked, it was clean and comfortable, with enough strong WI-FI and with a very comfortable bed and p - Position: perfect. Even if we had a pushchair, we could easily reach two metro stations belonging to two different lines (Taborstrasse-U2, Nestroyplatz- U1) in a few minutes. We could also walk to Stephansplatz in less than half a hour (and it was a very nice walk), and the Prater park is really very close (less than 15min walking). A supermarket (Billa) is 50 m from the apartment.

  The hotel is very convenient - near bus stops and 2 train stations. Well- equipped for a family of 4. Supermarket across the street. No elevators but not a problem for us. Clean and enough space for us. To get your keys, just phone Mr. Wagner ahead of time and at the end of the stay, there was no fuss. Spacious, comfortable and clean and directly across from a supermarket. Herr Wagner was a very attentive host. I would recommend contacting the owners a few days prior to make arrangements to meet as there is no reception.

  The perfect place to stay for a solo traveler on a budget. Close to subway stop, but away from the tourist-centric areas. Yet, not that far away. I could walk to Schwedenplatz in 25 minutes to catch the airport bus.   We stayed here for 3 nights in late October. My partner who is an architect was super excited to be staying in a Jean Nouvel building. The design is thrilling and very modern. The room was very large with wide windows from which we could view the rooftops of the entire Inner Stadt, including the cathedral and town hall which are lit up brilliantly... what people say » at night. We loved going to sleep and waking up with the view beside us. The bed was large and comfortable. The open-plan bathroom had both a bathtub - Amazing quality, the rooms are very modern and practical, loved the dog menu, it's very rare that a hotel is paying such an attention for animals, have highlight the breathtaking view of the whole city from the 18 th floor restaurant perfect by night just as a pleasant morning breakfast

  The appartment was cool and quiet facing onto a courtyard where you could eat your breakfast. It was very clean and to a high standard. The staff were really helpful with supplying fresh towels, storing luggage etc. The deli at the local Bila supermarket was excellent. The appartment was just a short walk to the local tram stop or 5 - 10 min metro... what people say » stop, but you could walk into town (15 mins). The 5a bus was a bit of a curiousity as it only seemed to go around the block. - An apartment without a reception is always scary but this one turned out to be a wonderful easy experience. The management patiently answered emails promptly and presumably would be on the phone too if we had called. They were very helpful with a heater when we needed it and booked a taxi for us to the airport (even though the apartment is not sold as a full service hotel). We were very impressed.

Too big perhaps:-) The location was perfect. We were just a few steps away from Figlmuller, the best wiener schnitzel in the world, and 100 meters from Stefanplatz. Everything was great except there was no privacy in the bathroom as the wall/door separating the bath, toilet and shower was glass. It's also tricky when you have more than a couple staying as you have to go through the only bedroom to go to the bathroom. But that's minor.
