  Our room was pretty spacious. The Hotel is a few meters away from all major attractions for those who wish to explore the city on foot and also for those who prefer to use the underground. Schwedenplatz UBahn and Stephanplatz UBahn are very close to the hotel and Morzinplatz, where the Airport Bus arrives and from where it departs, is just a few... what people say » meters away. - Very good location is you come from the airport by bus or train. Literally a few steps from the old city and main landmarks. Helpful staff at the reception. The room was large, clean, and comfortable. For breakfast there was a selection of good food that made for us a very good start of the day. This hotel will be my first choice if I come to Vienna again.

  The hotel was in a good location, a short walk to the u-bahn and close a huge shopping strip. You can also walk to the main sites of Vienna which we did as the weather was lovely on our visit. The room itself was clean, the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had a good variety of foods. The street the hotel is on is quiet, though the theatre acr... what people say » oss the street had closed for summer. - Clean and friendly service through out with comfortable room and very clean and towels changed daily,although dining room and food with fresh orange juice ect looked very good indeed I can`t comment because we ate out.   I like Fabrik hotel very much. If I come to Vienna I always stay in this hotel. It's got a charming atmosphere with its inner courtyard, wall in brick, high smoke-stack, flowers, shrubs, trees.... One can easily forget it is in the centre of Vienna. Any time I enter the inner courtyard I feel to enter another world, full of peace and harmony. - ... what people say » Spacious rooms in an old factory, which you see nicely at the courtyard. It's near two U-bahn (underground) stations, only 3 stops from e.g. Karlsplatz, and within walking distance/one or two stops from Schonbrunn, Naschmarkt, (gay) bars, Wien Westbahnhof (west station).
