Charming accomodation, located in a wing of Benedictine convent.
Rooms are very simple and a bit old fashioned, (no tv set, two indipendent beds ) while bathroom are fully renovated.
Everything was clean.

I enjoyed every minute staying in Chez Cliche! The interior is even more interesting then at the pictures, the design is on all details, the distantion is wonderful! Its in the heart of Vienna, near all tourist places, a lot of bars, caffes and shops are nearby. The apartments had everything I need, I enjoyed Vienna and didn't think of anything else. Thanks very much to the Dasha and Alexander, they were really friendly and helpful !!!

The hotel was well located. It was easy to walk to the main attractions or to access the underground.
The coffee machine in the deluxe room was wonderful anf worth spending that little bit extra.
My flight only departed at 7:45pm and I was happy to be able to use their wellness facilities to shower and freshen-up and get into a clean set of clothing before boarding an intercontinental flight!

The manager was a very accommodating man. The location is perfect for getting around the city and near the airport if you are flying in. Beautiful hotel in the quite city center 5 min.walking to all the city attractions, thus not in the very crowded place -- the location is perfect. We have got an upgrade to the two-floors duplex -- nice! Service is very good! Bar is open late and staff is very helpful and friendly. - They were minor renovations going on but did not affect my stay.
