The hotel was well located. It was easy to walk to the main attractions or to access the underground.
The coffee machine in the deluxe room was wonderful anf worth spending that little bit extra.
My flight only departed at 7:45pm and I was happy to be able to use their wellness facilities to shower and freshen-up and get into a clean set of clothing before boarding an intercontinental flight!

Beautiful hotel in the quite city center 5 min.walking to all the city attractions, thus not in the very crowded place -- the location is perfect. We have got an upgrade to the two-floors duplex -- nice! Service is very good! It was a truly beautiful designer apartment. It far exceeded my expectations - everything detail was perect, from the fresh coffee and leaf tea available to use to the bottle of champagne in the fridge to the toiletries. I wanted to stay longer.

The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.
