We staid at one of two storey/two bedroom suites. It had everything you would need, even more like washing machine, dishwasher...three (!) balconies-)
The staff is really helpfull and friendly.
The location of the hotel could not be better, very close to St Stephen but quiet. -

Girls at the front desk were heplful and kind. Julia was so kind and cute and there was another pretty girl (who is always happy and and smiling with dark hair ) , cant remember exactly her name , can it be Lilia?? Excellent studio apartment. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the apartment was spacious and well equipped. It was great to be so central and be able to walk to most of the sites. Vienna is a beautiful city and well worth visiting. The supermarket was very close so no problem stocking up! Highly recommend this apartment -

Location right off Mariahilfer Strasse was great. Felt safe and secure and noticed no night noise. Clothes washing services were a great help and Tina was very helpful with recommendations for sights to see and helping organise our super early morning taxi to the airport. -

The location can't be beat. You can walk most places and there is a u bahn station very close to the hotel. Tina made us feel we were in her home. We has use of a small refrigerator and she lent us bowls and spoons. There was a table and four chairs and a couch as well as beds in the room. It was very large. We stayed six nights and loved it -

Excellent designing apartment with separate bedroom, working zone, kitchen and living room. Lots of paintins (Klimt reproductions), skulptures, (wonderful sculpture in the bathroom),all made with high sence of taste. Citadella appartment hotel is a nice place for staying in Vienna. Cituated in quiet place not far from the city center and airport train station. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice & comfortable rooms. ( we stayed in Citadella twice and will stay next time for sure) Large bathroom with jacuzzi. Fully furnished kitchen. Everything is done for the comfortable staying.
