  Firstly excellent location - Walk able distance to all key visitor sites in Vienna Hotel itself is different starting from reception area to rooms. A good new and different feel to the place. Room was great with a vivid art work on the bedside wall of a circus :) something different than normal. The top up was an e - We decided to opt for one of the larger themed rooms on the 7th and 8th floors and it was well worth the extra. Each room was themed around a circus character and our room featured the Ringmaster. It had a hand painted scene with this person the whole length of the wall behind the bed. Together with the quirky furniture which included some of his equipment too, not to forget the full length picture windows looking over the Museum District, the room couldn't be bettered!!

  We staid at one of two storey/two bedroom suites. It had everything you would need, even more like washing machine, dishwasher...three (!) balconies-) The staff is really helpfull and friendly.   Everything was to my liking, even the transparent shower, which I know some people find a bit odd but you are forewarned if you do your research. Loved the location which was within walking distance of a great many must see places and shopping opportunities if that's your thing. Very close to public transport too. Wait staff in the Brasserie were... what people say » very keen to meet all needs if possible. Was very pleased with my choice of hotel in Vienna. - The hotel was well located. It was easy to walk to the main attractions or to access the underground. The coffee machine in the deluxe room was wonderful anf worth spending that little bit extra. My flight only departed at 7:45pm and I was happy to be able to use their wellness facilities to shower and freshen-up and get into a clean set of clothing before boarding an intercontinental flight!

Julia was so kind and cute and there was another pretty girl (who is always happy and and smiling with dark hair ) , cant remember exactly her name , can it be Lilia?? It was very close to Schwedenplatz. There were nice cafes and bars around. Hotel was very very clear and r - Everything was amazing and I really enjoyed the while I'm staying there and sure if I come back to Wien, then definitely I'll come to this hotel again.   We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful.   Beautiful hotel in the quite city center 5 min.walking to all the city attractions, thus not in the very crowded place -- the location is perfect. We have got an upgrade to the two-floors duplex -- nice! Service is very good! Bar is open late and staff is very helpful and friendly. - They were minor renovations going on but did not affect my stay.... what people say » The staff were extremely polite and helpful with travel plans and directions.
