Cheap parking for private car (compare with other parking rate in Vienna). Not far by walk to famouse tourist place: Belveder.

Everything was excellent. If you don't need luxury Birg Cyrus is a very good option. It is located near the U-bahn station U1 Keplerplatz (200 m). Perfect location close to subway, but very quiet place. It's really a budget hotel, just basic equipment, however if you need only large bed in clean room with toilet and shower, I can only recommend. Subway line goes directly to city center, takes cca 10 min.
Don't pay for breakfast (not included in rate), go to Anker (local coffee chain, also at Gasometer shopping center, cca 300 m from Ibis) and enjoy for better price. Parking in underground is great, costs 50 Cents per hour, first 4 hours

problem for the 4 nights I was there. An exceptionally good price made
any minor bother ok. Excellent neighborhood to explore and close enough
to the 1st district to walk. Try the City Bike bike sharing located a
few blocks away at the Rathaus. Only 1 euro then unlimited 1 hour trips!
