all reviews » Good location, quiet district, close to subway station, close to large beautiful park. You can get to the historical center either by subway, or on your feet (it's about 1.5 km). Rooms are clean and have enough space. In general: value for money. Friendly and Helpful Staff in the hotel. They are there to support you in your needs and we have excellent assistance from them. The hotel is located at about 10 minutes walk to subway, so this is also a plus point. We cycled from Passau, easy instructions to get there. Welcome was excellent , lovely room great facilities , food drink available all the time. Reception made us a great snack and also tea. Breakfast superb. Very good location - near metro station/ Great value for money. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was really small but it was enougth for me. The breakfast was qood. The hospitality of the staff and the location. 1 min walk from the metro station which was less than 10 min away from the Congress Center and the City center. Good location. The men on the reception were helpful guiding us through the city. It was clean. Confortable room with good beds and TV. Helpfull staff, good breakfast ( paid extra). Room big and cozy, close to the metro and 15 minutes from city centre. The staff was always willing to give you informations about the city. Friendly, central, clean. quietness, cleanliness. Good hotel, good location for city trip or to visit Prater. Details: 1. No bath amenities 2. Limited TV channels, only in German (for those who care enough to watch TV while in Vienna). 1. No shower-kit (soap, shampoo, etc.) It's first time within my memory. 2. Chargeable wi-fi (3 euro/day). Very strange in XXI century. Both disadvantages are not deadly, but really unexpected. None at all. WI-FI wasn`t free :(. We have to pay for wifi, which is strange for 21st century. The rooms are small but enough. Bathroom needs hand grips to get into the shower( slippery). The shower hose needs to be replaced as it leaked. at the beginning the fact that internet wasnt freely offered but then i changed my mind, only 1 euro for 1h or 3h 1 day. Nothing - would stay again. ironing facility in the room would be nice. Staff was not helpful at all.
