The staff were efficient and very polite. Our family really really enjoyed our stay and will be using the Hotel again when we next visit.

We stayed in 'Lewes', a small room, very nicely designed (with an emphasis on glass blocks) and furnished. It was next to the lift (elevator) but we were not at all disturbed by operating noise.
