It was different and really boutique like and I loved all the art and the cleanlines of the hotel. I also loved the accessibility of the hotel ie close to Brighton centre and the great sea view. The staff were helpful and friendly too. - Best night sleep I've had in a hotel. Would recommend this place to anyone who likes funky artwork in a comfort

excellent location - friendly hotel manager - able to get the guest parking permits sorted and were very inexpensive for Brighton parking! - More than we expected. Room was great, service was great. Great value for money.

Helen and William were absolutely fabulous hosts, and it was an utter pleasure to stay at their guest house! Helen, the owner of Boydens house, was extremely friendly and welcoming us with bright smile. The room we stayed as fantastic, especially for young couple and breakfast was great too.
Just a few mins to walk to central Brighton and Brighton Pier, and lots of restaurants, pubs, bars, and supermakets around area.
I'd like to strongly recommend it to my friends and families.

Staff were excellent & helpful.young lady on the Tuesday evening with v short blonde hair asset to the hotel along with the breakfast lady who was there everyday (middle age long hair) was so lovely. Rooms were spotless, we stayed in 519 with 2a/1c and had lots of room. Ate dinner n hotel twice ad canno fault the food- v varied menu. Woud stay

We liked the size of the family rooms. We split the 5 members of the family girls in one room and boys in the other. Breakfast on both mornings was amazing, we never qued or had to ask for something to be replaced. The staff were efficient and very polite. Our family really really enjoyed our stay and will be using the Hotel again when we next visit.

The staff were extremely accommodating when we discovered that the room
we had chosen had only a shower and very little space for toiletries
etc. We were upgraded at once with no extra charge to a delightful room.
They were also very helpful in suggesting restaurants and places of
interest. And the breakfast was excellent.

Everything! communal aera with tea,coffee, water and fruit for guests. You dont have to book in at reception! The beds are spotless and comfortable. Very friendly approachable owners, rooms very well kept, clean and tidy, we had a room that had a refurbished bathroom with a power shower that was excellent. A very large party of 14 adults booked for the first weekend in October. The hotel was excellent, from the very clean rooms to the view to the food and the service!! We cannot fault it at all! We highly recommend it and will definitely be returning again. Nothing was too much trouble! Thank you very much for a very pleasant stay.

in 'Lewes', a small room, very nicely designed (with an emphasis

The location is fantastic! The Brighton Pier is less than 100 metres away. You have all the local amenities around the corner, restaurants at the back road and take aways was easy delivery as well. Given the non perfect flat but it is clean and tidy. The good thing is that you have a personal internet supply which means the connections was great.
