  The hotel was a gem, exactly what I hoped it would be. The lady, front of house, was extremely friendly, very professional and went out of her way to accomodate any queries we had about the hotel and, as importantly, the area.   We definitely had the best room in the hotel with the best views!! Our room had a large bay window (glass from floor to ceiling) with an amazing view of the sea and the pier! Just what I wanted to wake up to on my Birthday! The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was well equipped with a fridge, hairdryer, tv and coffee/tea making facilitie... co mówią ludzie » s. The en suite bathroom was clean. The staff were very welcoming on arrival and the owner, who served breakfast the following morning, was very frien - Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street. Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares. Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc. Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton

  Everything about our stay was amazing! The staff were unbelievably helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was everything we were expecting. They arranged taxis for us, breakfast was delicious with a large choice of food and they even upgraded us to a bigger room.   We enjoyed a lovely weekend break at this beautiful location, the hotel decor is very inviting and luxurious. The hotel food is exceptional and we couldn't fault the service at all. - Nice Hotel, clean, luxurious and palacial, good location not far from seafront with access to most of brighton either a short walk or taxi drive away.
