We definitely had the best room in the hotel with the best views!! Our room had a large bay window (glass from floor to ceiling) with an amazing view of the sea and the pier! Great location, over looking lovely green and not some dirty old street.
Second visit here & would definelty come again. Parking is an issue but were given details of a road that was only a 15min walk away, but for £5 for 24 hour who cares.
Good breakfast, good size rooms, perfect for the not so fussy people & perfect value for money. Staff were great, no problems with any requets for taxi booking etc.
Very good and will definelty stay here on our next visit to Brighton

Everything about our stay was amazing! The staff were unbelievably helpful and went out of their way to make sure our stay was everything we were expecting.
