The breakfast was tailored to you, perfectly cooked & the coffee was delicious. The proprietors Dan & Mardi su - The service and attention to customers was outstanding. As soon as our booking was made we received a welcoming email with a useful map attached - nice detail. Parking in the area is a problem and we were met at the door, helped with our luggage and guided to a parking space.Throughout our stay the owner, Dan, was always available offering helpful suggestions on where to dine in the town and attending our requests. Inside very comfortable bed, room had tea/coffee-making kettle , always a plus .

  27 is the best Bed & Breakfast I have stayed in. The unique high class decor was very tastefully chosen and suited the high class service from Alan & Ollie. The breakfast was exceptional, the beds were very comfortable, there was attention to detail in the rooms, obviously thought about, and the hosts were outstanding. I will be recommending anyone - Lovely owners -very friendly, helpful and obliging. They were lovely to chat with and they suggested nice places to eat, gave me taxi details and made up a breakfast pack for me cause I had to leave early and would miss official breakfast. Made the stay really nice. Nice little touches in room too- marshmallows for you hot chocolate was a particular favourite of mine. I phone dock was good too. Would love to return.

The room was bigger than I expected and the location is right in the heart of Brighton. If I visit Brighton again I will definitely use this guest house again, so I guess that statement says everything about my stay without waffling on......

The king room was superb, very comfortable and spacious and the en-suite was immaculate. Particularly loved the little touches as in the sweeties and chocolates. Our breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from and set us up for a great day sight seeing, all within easy walking distance. Would highly recommend staying here and wish the lovely ladies running it all the best in the future.
